Founded in 2025, A Look Above, LLC is the culmination of a lifetime of leadership, transformation, and purpose-driven work. We specialize in wellness coaching that helps individuals and organizations build energy, shift behavior, and sustain meaningful change.

Our founder, Jennifer Cleerdin, brings a unique blend of executive experience, legal training, and holistic insight to every engagement. From leading C-suite teams and earning a Juris Doctorate to summiting 14,000-foot peaks and navigating single motherhood, her journey has been shaped by resilience, growth, and a deep commitment to helping others rise.

After a major career transformation, Jennifer earned certifications in Life and Health Coaching from the Health Coach Institute, accredited by the International Coach Federation. She now leads A Look Above with a clear mission: to connect people to their highest potential—whether through individual coaching or employer partnerships.
